NEED MY DOCTOR - WHERE'S MY CLIENT ID?

I recently received a invoice here from my doctor and it clearly states that I need a client ID to make the payment. However, I can't seem to locate this ID anywhere. I've checked my files thoroughly but it's just not there. Does anyone help me on how to obtain this client ID so I can resolve my amount? Veradigm Pay My Doctor Veradigm Pay My Do
